Krvavec is a mountain in the Kamnik-Savinja Alps, under an hour from Ljubljana and right above Ljubljana Airport. We fly two ways here: Ride & Fly from Ambrož pod Krvavcem, and Ride & Hike & Fly from higher up the mountain.

What the flight is like
You take off with the whole Gorenjska plain below you. On a clear day you can see Triglav, Slovenia's highest peak, and the planes landing at the airport. They're jealous. We land on a field in the valley.

Do I have to hike?
No. Ride & Fly starts from Ambrož, where we drive to the takeoff. Ride & Hike & Fly adds about 30 minutes on foot.
Can I combine it with a day in Ljubljana?
Yes. Krvavec is under an hour from the city, so a flight fits easily into a Ljubljana trip.
